Two certified RV technicians, Scott Hoobler and Phil Burkhardt Jr., both having plenty of RV servicing experience had an idea. In April 1998 they both took a large and somewhat scary leap and started out on their own. They opened Southwest RV Service & Storage, Inc. in Ross, Ohio on State Route 128.

Whether you are one of their loyal service or storage customers you might remember the beginning... having only a building, a table, a cash box and plenty of tools.

With very hard work, long hours, and determination, Southwest RV grew.

By the end of 2001, the first location was outgrown and definitely more space was needed. So the guys moved the business just down the road. The new location is off the main road but that has not stopped the business from continuing to grow. Southwest RV is built on a great reputation that keeps it growing.

You won't find a huge showroom or a state of the art waiting room. What you will find is an expert and friendly staff of professionals that know how to repair your unit.
